Proceed with treatment and enjoy the cashless facility for all covered expenses. The hospital bills the insurer/TPA directly for admissible amounts. At discharge, the hospital submits the final bill and discharge summary. The insurer gives final approval — usually within 3 hours (IRDAI rule).
