You earn a first-year commission when a client buys a policy through you — this ranges from 10% to 40% of the annual premium depending on the product category. You also earn renewal commission every year the client renews — typically 2% to 7.5% annually. Commissions are credited directly by the insurer to your registered account, typically within 7–15 working days of policy issuance.

Absolutely yes. Most of our best-performing advisors started part-time. You control your own schedule entirely — there are no minimum working hours, no office attendance, no fixed targets. Work evenings, weekends, or during lunch. Most part-time advisors dedicate 8–12 hours per week and earn between ₹1–5 Lakh additionally per year.

Our support is comprehensive and ongoing: IRDAI licensing — we guide you through the exam and registration process free of charge. Product training — you learn the complete product range across all 9 partner insurers. Sales training — how to approach clients, explain products and close effectively. MDRT mentorship — direct access to our founders and senior advisors. Claim support — our IDPCS team handles all client claims so you never have to deal with insurer bureaucracy. While our primary base is Delhi NCR, we do work with advisors in other cities as well, particularly through our digital advisory programme. Our training and mentorship are accessible remotely. However, in-person meetings and support are most effective for candidates in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and nearby areas. Candidates from other cities are encouraged to apply and we will discuss the best approach for your location.

Yes — MDRT qualification is absolutely achievable. MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) is the gold standard global recognition for insurance advisors. Our founders Sanjay Singhal and Neetu Singhal are both MDRT and COT qualifiers. We actively mentor and track our top advisors towards MDRT qualification. Most focused, full-time advisors in our team can reach MDRT eligibility levels within 3–5 years of joining.

Each insurer provides its own advisor portal where you can track policies, renewals and commission payouts in real time. Additionally, Navdrishti provides you with shared digital tools and templates for client management, proposal creation and follow-up tracking. Our team is always available to help you manage your client book effectively as it grows.
